Tenda Chair

Tenda Chair

SKU:by Tiago Curioni

iF Design Award 2025

The Tenda Chair is a minimalist marvel built on tension. Its tubular steel frame supports a stretched upholstered shell, where opposing rods shape a lightweight, sculptural form. Harnessing the simplicity of Cartesian geometry and refined structural tension, Tenda showcases functionality as art. It’s a visual exploration of subtle engineering that turns tension into elegant expression—perfect for modern interiors seeking balance between poise and visual restraint. It was awarded the iF Product Design Award 2025 for excellence in innovation and material clarity.

CARE & MATERIALS

Each piece is meticulously crafted using premium materials selected for their beauty, durability, and sustainability. To preserve their elegance over time:

  • Fabric Upholstery: Vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment. Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth. For deeper cleaning, we recommend professional upholstery services.
  • Leather Upholstery: Dust with a soft cloth and condition periodically with a leather-approved product. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent fading and drying.
  • Wood Surfaces: Clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Use coasters and pads to protect against heat and moisture.
  • Metal Finishes: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners to maintain the original sheen.
Natural variations in color, grain, or texture are inherent to the materials and celebrated as part of their unique character.
