Inari Stool

Inari Stool

SKU:by Oune

The Inari Stool, designed by Estudio Oune, is a graceful homage to the spiritual architecture of Japan. Inspired by the torii gates that mark the entrance to sacred temples—especially the iconic path of Fushimi Inari in Kyoto—this stool evokes both lightness and structure. Its slender metal frame outlines a flowing silhouette, while the seat and backrest appear to float effortlessly, creating a refined balance between elegance and support. Inari brings a quiet sense of ritual and design poetry to kitchens, bars, and hospitality spaces.

CARE & MATERIALS

Each piece is meticulously crafted using premium materials selected for their beauty, durability, and sustainability. To preserve their elegance over time:

  • Fabric Upholstery: Vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment. Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth. For deeper cleaning, we recommend professional upholstery services.
  • Leather Upholstery: Dust with a soft cloth and condition periodically with a leather-approved product. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent fading and drying.
  • Wood Surfaces: Clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Use coasters and pads to protect against heat and moisture.
  • Metal Finishes: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners to maintain the original sheen.
Natural variations in color, grain, or texture are inherent to the materials and celebrated as part of their unique character.
