Roberta Banqueri

Roberta Banqueri is a Brazilian designer with a background in Interior Design, Architecture, and Product Design, blending over 20 years of experience in spatial solutions with a passion for creating timeless, functional objects. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Bandeirantes de São Paulo and a postgraduate specialization in Hotel Architecture from Faculdade Roberto Miranda. In 2017, she expanded her expertise with a Product Design course at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan.

After two decades designing interiors for diverse clients, Roberta transitioned into product design, founding Pontoeu Product Design as a platform for free creative expression. Her approach spans from concept to object, exploring scale from architectural volumes to intimate details. She believes design should unite form, function, materials, and industrial processes to create objects of desire that enrich daily life.

Her collections have been showcased at major industry events such as High Design Expo and the Paralela Design Fair in São Paulo, and she has collaborated with renowned Brazilian brands, including Tapetah and Todo Móveis. Her work has gained international visibility, with press coverage in Casa e Jardim, Folha de São Paulo, O Estado de São Paulo, and Urbana Magazine in Portugal.

Roberta’s designs have received multiple accolades from the A’ Design Award, including the Silver Award for the Pele Sideboard and Stones Sofa (2018–2019), the Bronze Award for the Ponto Armchair (2019), and the Silver Award for the Zero Sun Lounger (2020).
