Juliana Desconsi

Juliana Desconsi is a Brazilian product designer renowned for her innovative creations, which have earned prestigious awards both nationally and internationally. Among her achievements are the Innovation Award at FIMMA Brazil 2013, the Salão Design Casa Brasil 2013 Award, the Design Award from the Museu da Casa Brasileira, the House&Gift Design Awards (2013 and 2014), and the IDEA Brazil Award.

With over a decade of expertise in product development, Juliana graduated in Product Design from the University of Caxias do Sul (2006) and holds both a Postgraduate and Master’s degree in Design from Uniritter / Centro Universitário Ritter dos Reis. Her master’s thesis focused on Cognitive Psychology and included research on Design Thinking—academic pillars that deeply influence her creative process and strategic approach to developing distinctive products.

As the founder and director of Intervento Design, Juliana leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to crafting tailored solutions for companies across multiple sectors. Her work is defined by a thoughtful balance between innovation, functionality, and emotional connection, resulting in designs that resonate with people and stand the test of time.
